what are you, a software engineer? yes, its mechanical. there is a ratio between bore and stroke that predetermines whether your motor will be lean toward torque or hp. when someone posts a dyno of a stroked vg we would expect to see a fatter torque curve but peak hp at a lower rpm. Until then we are all confined to the same basic stock ratio so expect the numbers to always favor hp.btw, statements 'like best on the street' etc. are relative. if the setup in correctly integrated its about my street or your street.
